About the Role

Based at our Toowoomba depot, you'll be a key member of our Customer Service team, responsible for delivering a high standard of service and helping ensure every parcel's journey is smooth and seamless.

Your key duties will include:

* Using customer service platforms such as Sprinklr and Microsoft Office to deliver a great customer experience
* Handling a high volume of customer calls, responding with empathy and efficiency
* Managing problem freight and damaged items with care and professionalism
* Supporting Out of Network parcel management
* Applying independent thinking and strong problem-solving skills to resolve queries

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

* A genuine passion for excellent customer service
* A friendly and confident phone manner, with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong computer literacy and the ability to work across multiple platforms

Previous experience in the freight or logistics industry is not required—full training will be provided.
