About the Role
As NT Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality security services to a diverse client portfolio, driving operational effectiveness, and leading a high-performing team. This is a senior leadership role within the SA/NT business, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery for NT clients
* Lead, coach, and develop the NT Operations team
* Manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and achieve profitability targets
* Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards
* Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities
* Foster a strong safety and customer service culture
Skills & Experience
* Proven senior leadership experience in the services industry (security sector highly regarded)
* Strong commercial and financial management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Experience with client contracts, tenders, and business development
