About The Opportunity
The Estimator will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and high-quality estimates for both residential and commercial building projects. Your responsibilities will include:
4. Manage end-to-end roofing repairs, ensuring QBCC/HBCF compliance.
5. Coordinate trades, suppliers, and teams with clear work orders.
6. Track project progress, budgets, and milestones to meet SLAs.
7. Review insurance scopes and reports with 95%+ accuracy.
8. Prevent backlog while driving workflow efficiency.
9. Represent our client professionally while meeting targets.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
10. 2–3 years' experience in project management, construction, or repair
11. Knowledge of roofing systems, repair processes, and QBCC/HBCF compliance.
12. Proficient in project management tools, Google Suite, and communication platforms.
13. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
14. Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong stakeholder and problem-solving skills.
15. Team-focused, energetic, and solutions-driven with a positive attitude.
