Project Administrator
This role involves providing support to programs and projects, leading chartering sessions, developing network diagrams and facilitating integration and compression sessions.
The position is based in Burnie (Tasmania) requiring daily presence. Suitable candidates must be Burnie or its surrounds based or willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate program meetings and compression sessions.
* Maintain/update meeting records for program level issues/action logs, risk registers/FMEAs, scope change requests/logs, program work plans and cost tracking.
* Lead detail-planning meetings without supervision.
* Create accurate schedules.
Essential Requirements:
* A minimum of five years' experience in IT project coordination.
* Experience in coordinating teams and clients.
* Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
