Seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure timely completion of construction projects
* Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors, to optimize productivity and efficiency
* Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
* Prepare and present progress reports to key stakeholders, including clients and senior management
* Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Collaborate with the estimating team to provide input on project costs and budgets
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery
* Actively implement commercial policies and processes within the context of client contracts to allow respectful, timely, and effective commercial management of the contract
* Lead, manage, and communicate effectively with site teams to ensure ongoing time and budget goals are continually achieved through the understanding, development, and implementation of previous project management strategies
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
* Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Knowledge, experience, and previous exposure to the commercial aspects of successful project management
