We are now seeking talented Sous Chefs to join the group across these kitchens as we continue to grow.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to step into a true leadership pathway working across:
* A Chef-Hatted restaurant environment
* High-end wedding and event catering
* Group-level production and menu development
You’ll work closely with Head Chefs and the Group Venue manager to help shape the next phase of culinary growth across the collection.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional food quality across service and events
* Support daily kitchen leadership, service execution, and team coordination
* Maintain strong organisation, prep systems, and food safety standards
* Contribute to menu development using seasonal, local produce
* Mentor junior chefs and help build positive kitchen culture
* Assist with production planning across restaurant, weddings, and prep kitchen
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef
* Passion for seasonal, produce-driven cooking
* Ability to lead calmly in fast-paced service environments
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Commitment to quality, consistency, and team culture
* Weekend availability and reliable transport
