Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting financial operations across our Soil Reuse & Recycling sites in multiple states.
Your analytical mindset and commercial acumen will support strategic decision-making, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strong financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare annual budgets, financial statements, and monthly cash flow forecasts in partnership with the management team
Deliver weekly forecasts and monthly reporting with detailed variance analysis against budget
Maintain and enhance internal controls, financial reporting, and cash and credit management processes
Analyse financial data to identify opportunities, support business improvement, and provide actionable insights
Assist with external audits and follow up on audit actions
Support payroll, timekeeping, and timely balance sheet reconciliations
About You
CPA or CA qualified (or actively working towards certification) with 2–3 years' experience, ideally in manufacturing, construction, or heavy industry
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial and management reporting, and variance analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
A proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives both independently and in a team environment, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
