Administration Officer - Bega role at Grand Pacific Health (GPH). This is a full-time, fixed-term for 12 months opportunity located in Bega, with the possibility for extension. Full Time positions have the option for a Rostered Day Off each month.

About The Position
The Administration Officer is responsible for delivering high quality, customer-facing administrative services to support the effective operation of the office hub. As the first point of contact for consumers and visitors, both at reception and over the phone, this role provides welcoming, responsive and professional front-of-house services that reflect GPH's values.
Responsibilities

* Act as first point of contact for consumers and visitors at reception and over the phone.
* Provide welcoming, responsive and professional front-of-house services that reflect GPH's values.
* Support efficient operation of the office and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications in administration and/or a combination of relevant training and experience in a similar role.
* Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work, manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality customer service in a front-of-house or consumer-facing role.
* Ability to engage effectively and respectfully with a wide diversity of people, including those experiencing mental health difficulties or distress.
