Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality acute medical care alongside a multidisciplinary team.
Coordinate care, respond to clinical needs, advocate for patients, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Collaborate with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, General Practitioners (GP), Visiting Medical Officers (VMO), Allied Health professionals, and Clinical Nurse Educators.
Support patients and families throughout their health journey.
Participate in tailored education programs and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse licence and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Experience or interest in acute, medical, renal, or palliative care highly valued.
Solid understanding of medical terminology.
Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on patient care.
Ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Time management, teamwork, and professional ethics.
