The Position:
Due to recent changes they are currently seeking a suitably experienced, self motivated and confident candidate to become an integral part of their team. Working as the Receptionist / Administrator you must be extremely organized, efficient and team focused as you will be responsible for supporting the Director, Office Manager and sales team
The Duties:
Some of your actual duties will include;
* Managing a busy switchboard
* Meeting and greeting customers
* Responding to emails and diary management
* Assisting with Sales and Property Management enquiries
* Updating their database
* Uploading new property listings
* Assisting to prepare advertising invoices
* Managing various filing systems
* Other administrative tasks as required
