This position is ideal for an experienced Optical Assistant/Dispenser:
* Enjoy a diverse role with direct customer contact
* Provide frame styling and lens advice to our customers
* General practice activities including bookings, administration and adjustments and repairs
Skills & Experience:
* Optical background preferred
* Excellent customer service and sales experience
* Strong organisational, administrative and appointment book management skills
* Problem solving and sound judgement
* Good communication with the ability to build rapport with customers and the team
