The role
**Shifts are as followed: 8.30am-5pm Tue-Thur & Sat. 2.24pm-10pm Friday**
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service, monitor satisfaction metrics, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Utilise Salesforce, Amazon Connect & Inside Agent for tracking customer interactions and driving insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly resolve critical customer issues.
- Continuously suggest improvements to customer service policies and procedures.
- Administer goodwill gift cards, ensuring policy compliance.
- Stay engaged with team and company communications, upholding department expectations.
- Provide feedback and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain customer account accuracy, handling manual adjustments when needed.
- Coordinate with IT for issue resolution and escalate concerns as necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage conflict and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service technologies.
