CASE MANAGER – PERSONAL INJURY – DARWIN, NT
We are seeking Case Managers who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from inception to finalisation in accordance with both relevant regulatory and Allianz requirements. The role will focus on strategic collaboration and case management to maximise return‐to‐work and return‐to‐health outcomes for claimants. The successful applicant must reside or be willing to relocate to the Northern Territory.
About The Role
* Proactively manage claims for individuals injured at work in the Northern Territory from inception to finalisation.
* Maintain a strong focus on strategic collaboration and case management to maximise return‐to‐work and return‐to‐health outcomes for workers.
* Make key liability decisions, assess benefits, treatment and rehabilitation requirements in line with NT Return to Work legislation.
* Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including employers, legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes.

* Ability to interpret and apply legislation.
* Quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments and works effectively as part of a team.
* Skilled in prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accuracy and precision.
* Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
