WA Sales Manager – Entertainment Lighting & Staging
Showtools International is a leading national distributor of professional production equipment, representing some of the world's most respected brands in lighting, trussing, staging, road cases, and accessories. With a strong presence across Australia and a well-established client base and showroom in Western Australia, we are looking for a WA Sales Manager to lead our team and drive further growth in the region.
About the Role
This is a key leadership position where you'll be responsible for guiding our sales team in WA. You will continue to build on existing relationships with production houses, venues, schools, and hire companies while also identifying new opportunities to expand our market share. A significant part of this role is highly customer-facing. You'll be actively involved in sales activities, including conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotes, and leading customer meetings. Your focus will be on leading the team to meet and exceed sales targets, implementing effective sales strategies, and representing our premium brands as a trusted expert in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and supporting the WA sales team.
Representing our trusted brands across the WA entertainment industry.
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
Visiting customers, managing enquiries, and delivering product demonstrations.
Preparing quotes, proposals, and leading customer meetings.
Supporting the marketing team with insights into local trends and product opportunities.
Driving growth by introducing premium product lines into the WA market.
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience in the entertainment, lighting, staging, or AV industry.
Demonstrated team leadership skills and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivation and independence in managing your territory.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
A valid driver's licence with a willingness to travel across WA.
