Product Sourcing Specialist Role

About the Position
* Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and assess suppliers of wine, Asian groceries, and everyday food products to onboard them for Cherish's assortment.
* Develop and curate product ranges across categories to meet customer preferences and budget requirements while optimizing stock availability.
* Monitor inventory levels, sales data, pricing trends, and market conditions using ERP and industry-standard systems to inform strategic decisions.
* Forecast demand and manage stock flow by analyzing historical sales and market trends, planning replenishment cycles, and ensuring timely delivery.
* Negotiate contract terms, pricing, minimum order quantities, and delivery conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and supply chain stability.
