About the Role:
This key position is responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external customers.
You will represent the company at various functions, ensuring that the company and its products and services are presented in a strong and positive light.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers.
* Representing the company at various events.
* Collaborating with the National Logistics Manager to optimize Third Party Logistics (3PL) performance.
* Ensuring regular audit and quality control processes are conducted.
* Providing expert advice to customers on logistical and customs information.
* Evaluating and redesigning customer service processes to improve quality results.
* Establishing communication service standards and implementing productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
* Identifying and addressing performance issues through root cause analysis and training.
* Contributing towards effective cost management through education and training in areas such as flight makeup, aircraft loading, and inventory management.
