Joining us, you will take the lead on the recruitment and onboarding process for wide-ranging roles in a values led and fast paced, diverse workforce. This is a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator position that requires the best practice approach in recruitment of our critically important talent. Working in a small impactful team, you will be the subject matter expert for recruitment and onboarding, ensuring roles are filled within our SLAs, best practice is applied through open and positive communication with the hiring managers.

We are looking for a passionate P&C professional that has a strong compliance focus that understands how a people centric culture drives better outcomes for the communities we support. The successful candidate will have:
* Relevant tertiary qualification or extensive work experience in internal recruitment
* Strong experience in utilising a ATS/HRIS – at Social Futures we use ELMO
* High volume recruitment
* Demonstrated experience working across diverse roles and a large geography reach across NSW and QLD.
* Strong understanding of best practice recruitment and onboarding with a focus on quality, efficiency and effectiveness outcomes
* Well-developed communication skills, and able to influence for outcomes
