The main responsibilities of the position include (but are not limited to): Strategic Alignment & Change Leadership Translate organisational AI strategy into structured, practical change and adoption plans across multiple divisions and business units. Align AI-related change initiatives with broader transformation, workforce, and cultural programs to minimise fragmentation and reduce change fatigue. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Design and deliver clear, consistent communications that articulate the purpose, benefits, and impacts of AI initiatives. Build strong partnerships with AI and digital representatives within business units, acting as a bridge between central capability teams and operational areas. Facilitate workshops, forums, and engagement sessions to support co-design, buy-in, and shared ownership. Adoption, Readiness & Capability Enablement Assess and monitor organisational readiness and adoption levels, identifying gaps and actions to improve uptake. Support people leaders with tools, coaching, and guidance to lead teams through AI-driven change. Collaborate with enablement and onboarding functions to align change activities with capability uplift and training programs. Governance, Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define and track change and adoption metrics to measure effectiveness and ensure intended AI benefits are realised. Identify, analyse, and proactively manage resistance and change risks, providing insights to leadership and governance forums. Embed ethical, human-centred principles into AI adoption by promoting trust, transparency, and responsible use. Apply recognised change frameworks and continuously improve change practices through lessons learned and emerging best practice, aligned to operational management processes. Key Skills: 5 years of experience in change management, organisational development, or related roles Demonstrated experience designing, planning, and delivering organisational change initiatives, ideally in technology or AI-driven environments. Familiarity with recognised change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR) and the ability to apply these in complex, multi-brand organisations. Experience supporting digital transformation, including adoption of new technologies and process redesign. Experience collaborating with training and enablement teams to uplift capability and drive adoption. Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance requirements related to AI and digital transformation. Ability to define and track change and adoption metrics, analyse resistance, and drive iterative improvements. Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform change strategies, measure adoption, and identify resistance or risks. Skills in applying design thinking to co-create solutions with end users, ensuring change initiatives are empathetic and user-focused.
