Responsibilities
* Support a senior partner on market-leading corporate advisory transactions.
* Work on high-end transactions including acting for interstate listed entities/public M&A and large off-market deals.
* Provide technical analysis and high-quality drafting in a reputable corporate team.
* Receive mentoring and develop within a professional and collegiate firm culture.
