Maitland Libraries are seeking a Senior Library Experience Officer to play a key role in delivering best-practice customer experiences and services aligned with our vision for the city.
About The Role
This hands-on leadership role oversees day-to-day branch operations, ensuring quality customer service, programs, and collections. You will provide support to library experience officers, resolve customer queries, deliver and promote a wide range of programs and events, and contribute to working groups focused on programs, collections, technology, and heritage.
* You will have a Certificate III in Library and Information Services or equivalent experience in a customer service or library environment.
* You will bring passion for community engagement and thrive in a customer-focused environment.
