Administration Officer - Beresfield
Start Date: ASAP
Permanent Role
Pay Rate: $65, 000 - $70, 000 plus super
Hours: 7.6 hrs per day / 5 days per week
Location: Beresfield (onsite)

Our client is a well known motor company based in Beresfield.
**Your new role**
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Reporting to the branch manager
- Provide administrative support for the Sales Department
- Assist and support workshop supervisor with documentation
- Provide quotes and delivery times
- Process sales orders
- Co-ordinate demonstrations for sales products
- Arrange transportation to and from interstate
- Assist with the creation and implementation of work instructions, policies, procedures, and control measure requirements of the department
- Process supplier invoices
**What you'll need to succeed**
- High level of administration skills (including experience with ERP & Microsoft Suite)
- Deliver outstanding customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Great problem-solving skills and takes initiative
- Ability to work in a small team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working in the motor industry is highly desirable
- Pre-employment medical assessment is required
