About the Role As Head of Department, you’ll oversee a task-based team of 8 staff and manage a portfolio of approximately 800 properties. Your duties will include but not limited to: Lead and mentor the property management team. Oversee trust accounting and receipting. Manage workflows and department performance. Handle occasional BDM tasks such as appraisals. Maintain compliance and operational excellence. About the Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a natural born leader!
