We are a Melbourne-based Property Styling company creating spaces that align style with an understanding of each property's primary target market. We work alongside real estate agents, developers, and homeowners to bring a space to life and to showcase its full potential.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently looking for an exceptional Administration assistant to play a key role in supporting our team in the daily operation of Kontrast Interiors.
You will be an integral part of the team, being a main point of contact for clients and agents and providing exceptional day-to-day administration support and customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Providing administration support to all key areas of the business
· Calendar management.
· Financial reporting and invoicing.
· Data management.
· Social media and marketing.
· Logistics/Transport management.
· Property Styling tasks as required.
ABOUT YOU
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
· Proven organisational skills.
· Intermediate skills level in MS Office.
· Experience in Xero preferred.
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
· Must have a valid drivers' licence and own a vehicle.
· Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
· Minimum of 1-2 years administration experience is required.
· Australian work rights are required for this position.
