Job Description:
Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner is essential for this role.
* Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages when others are unavailable.
* Managing email correspondence and confirming bookings.
* Maintaining a tidy reception and office area and overseeing meeting room bookings.
* Assisting with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, etc.).
* Supporting other departments with ad-hoc duties as needed.
* Manage and order office supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.
