As Planning Manager (PMO), you will be responsible for maintaining planning processes, implementing governance and producing insights which enable Sky Data to deliver effectively; from resourcing to finance and operational support to delivery governance.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with team members and wider partners within Sky Data and in other teams across Sky to successfully build trust and develop effective working relationships- Create value-add reporting, analysis and insights for key stakeholders and meetings which is accurate, timely and fit for purpose, and which enable performance versus plan to be tracked and insights to be easily attained-
- Challenge the status quo and continuously evolve our approach over time to contribute to our business, be it by evolving ways of working, introducing automation or adopting tooling
What you'll bring:- Practical experience of managing processes and tooling with solid understanding and experience of data exploitation (especially Microsoft Excel) and working knowledge of Clarity or similar PPM software.- Excellent communication, relationship management and influencing skills, encouraging collaboration and finding ways to share and adopt best practice.- Motivated and proactive self-starter with an ability to work under own initiative, foreseeing problems that may impact plans before they happen; implementing solutions and supporting others to do so.- Exceptional prioritisation skills in order to balance important ad-hoc requests against existing workload.- Ability to deal with ambiguity, change and complexity, demonstrating strong resilience and adaptability

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
