YOUR ROLE
As a Retail Customer Service Representative with Melbourne Cleaning Supplies, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll process orders, handle enquiries, and keep the shop floor running smoothly.
- Assist customers with product advice and order processing
- Maintain stock presentation and integrity
- Resolve issues and process returns in a professional manner
ABOUT YOU
You are a customer focused, organised, and motivated to deliver great service. You work well in a team, pick up systems quickly, and bring a positive, proactive approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (SAP experience a bonus)
- Retail or customer service experience desirable, with product knowledge an advantage
