Responsibilities:

* Building strong relationships with all employees to foster a culture of continuous professional development.

* Ensuring that training and development remains a key retention factor for the business by conducting regular surveys and gathering feedback from employees.

* Working closely with HR to understand employee motivations, skills, and abilities to identify areas for improvement.

* Providing effective onboarding sessions for new employees to ensure their success in their roles.
">
* Executing administrative tasks including creating course material, certification collection and maintenance, and reporting on training trends.

Requirements:

* Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

* Experience presenting and facilitating workshops.

* Basic understanding of current business technologies and concepts.
