**Our Client**
Led from the front by a young and dynamic Principal this successful franchise office of 20 staff is a local leader in the St George area
**Duties**:
Mainly responsible for the handling of listings for 4 agents (circa 120 listings a year), tasks will include:
- Creating property files on new listings
- Organising contractors and creating marketing materials
- Getting properties live of property portals
- Collection and efficient distribution of company mail
- Maintain familiarity with all office listings so enquiries can be directed to the appropriate member of staff
- Paperwork associated with exchange and settlements
- Other adhoc administration as required
**Specific requirements**:
Whilst our client would love someone who has worked in a Real Estate office - it is not essential
- Strong administrator who is highly organised
- Possess a good attitude and a love of being in support
- Ideally reside in the St George area (or close by)
