You’ll be responsible for the assessment, coordination, education, and management of patients with acute and chronic wounds.As the CNS2 for Wound Care, you will lead the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care across the continuum, from hospital admission to community follow-up. You’ll play a key role in clinical leadership, staff education, and continuous improvement initiatives, and be a valued contributor to multidisciplinary care.This role combines hands-on clinical care, staff education, and service improvement, perfect for someone who is passionate about wound care and wants to make a lasting impact.About YouYou are a highly skilled Registered Nurse with postgraduate qualifications in wound care and at least three years of experience in your specialty. Enjoy a tree change while continuing your clinical career in a supportive and well-respected hospital.RequirementsCurrent Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years’ experience working in the specified post-graduate qualification or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisationEligibility to drive in NSW with a current unrestricted driver’s licence and the ability and willingness to travel for work purposes, which may involve driving long distancesAdditional InformationTo be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.
