We're looking for a Trade Qualified Baker with experience in fast‑paced bakery environments. You'll take pride in contributing to a bakery department that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging.

* Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is required, showcasing your commitment to the trade.
* Extensive baking experience: Particularly in a high‑speed baking setting.
* Food safety and hygiene knowledge: You must uphold our high standards of safety and hygiene.
* Customer obsessed: We're looking for someone who can delight our customers with their love for baking.
* Passion for quality and consistency: You take pride in every loaf you deliver.
* Mentorship and team support: You can coach and support other team members in honing their craft.
