Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in the delivery of projects by supervising and coordinating on-site activities.
- Work in small teams with other experienced staff; opportunities for ongoing training and promotion; a competitive remuneration package is on offer.
- Liaise and collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure delivery of projects safely, cost-effectively, on time and to budget.
- Plan and direct all on-site works necessary to deliver the project, including plant, equipment, labour, materials, subcontractors and other resources.
- Manage all WHS, quality, environmental management, and community relations issues on all sites.
- Report daily activities to the project team as required by project specifications and company quality, OHS, and environmental plans, policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate safety, quality and environmental compliance in all site activities.
Requirements
- Current mandatory certifications to work as a supervisor and at least 5 years of supervisory experience. Government infrastructure project experience is essential.
