Job Summary
The human resources coordinator role involves providing hands-on support in key areas such as recruitment processes, HR administration, departmental projects and initiatives, employee engagement, and company values.
* Recruitment and Staffing: Sourcing, identifying, onboarding, and monitoring quality candidates to meet business needs while providing constructive feedback.
* HR Administration: Maintaining and developing existing HR files, systems, and instruments, including staff newsletters and network bulletins.
* Departmental Projects: Contributing to Employee Assistance Programs, IR instruments, special events, regular meetings, and information sessions.
* Employee Engagement: Communicating with teams and the organization to gather periodic feedback on training and onboarding progress.
* Company Values: Supporting and promoting key values and ethos to assist team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent for various roles.

Requirements:
