Responsibilities
* Join as waiter or bartender and work as part of a team in a busy, hatted restaurant on Gertrude Street Fitzroy.
* Provide hospitality on the floor or behind the bar across the bistro, public bar, event spaces and outdoor courtyard.
* Engage in training opportunities and grow within the business.
* Support guest experience and strive to offer the best hospitality.
Qualifications
* A current RSA or ability to obtain an RSA certificate.
* Previous restaurant experience preferred.
* Ability to work in a rapid paced environment on week nights and weekends.
* A willingness to learn; a passion for all things food and beverage.
