HIRING - Caretakers/ Body Corporate Cleaning Sub-contractors.
Must have all necessary insurances and equipment to carry out cleaning and
gardening.
Some of the duties may include:
Mowing of lawns
Whipper snipping
Trimming of hedges, shrubs and plants
Cobwebbing
Vacuuming
Mopping
Dusting
Replacing light globes
Inspection and reporting of conditions of properties
