Senior / Principal Mechanical Engineer – Dams

As part of our industry‑leading Dams team, you'll contribute to feasibility studies, design, construction, and asset management, collaborating with specialists nationally and internationally to develop sustainable water solutions and mentor the next generation of engineers.
Base yourself in Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Sydney, Perth or Melbourne offices.
How you'll make a difference
* Mechanical engineering design for dam operations and equipment integration.
* Inspection, investigation and condition assessment of existing dams.
* Construction support services including inspection of works, evaluation of quality control and assurance data, and construction reporting.
* Preparation of tenders and proposals and providing mentoring.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated capability in mechanical design, including preparation of design reports, drawings and specifications, ideally within the dam industry.
* Positive attitude, seeing challenges as opportunities to innovate, collaborate and grow.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders, clients and the local industry.
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (essential).
