About the Role
In this role you will be at the heart of financial performance and strategic decision‑making. You will lead key reporting and forecasting processes, support commercial initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in financial insights.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑impact financial reporting and insights that elevate performance visibility and enable strategic decision‑making.
- Provide commercial finance support for key initiatives, including project evaluations and funding approvals to unlock growth opportunities.
- Support development of key reporting dashboards to enable quicker decision‑making and data‑driven insights on brand performance.
- Own leadership reporting packs for forums such as Commercial Leadership Team meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Drive alignment across senior stakeholders, including GMs, Heads of, SFMs, FBPs, and project leads, to ensure cohesive financial strategy and execution.
- Lead Cost of Doing Business (CODB) forecasting and monthly actuals reviews to ensure financial accuracy and drive cost discipline across the business.
Qualifications
- A CA, CPA, or equivalent finance qualification.
- Experience working in fast‑paced sectors such as retail, FMCG or other dynamic commercial environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- A proven ability to drive business change through financial insights and strategic partnering.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and deliver meaningful commercial recommendations.
- Expertise in developing and presenting impactful financial reports that support informed decision‑making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance business outcomes.
