Property Care Supervisor – Sunshine Coast
ABOUT THE ROLE
Play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our residential developments. We're seeking a hands-on, solutions-focused team player with a strong background in coordinating maintenance or property care tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Care
* Collaborate with the Property Care Team Leader to coordinate project-specific tasks.
* Schedule and manage trades and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance.
* Perform general maintenance and defect rectification, including painting, plastering, and handyman tasks.
* Assist site teams during project handover periods with defect resolution.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
* Provide proactive reporting to the wider construction team.
Health & Safety
* Promote and uphold safe work practices in line with Mosaic Construction's HSE policies and legislative requirements.
Quality Management
* Ensure all project works comply with Mosaic Construction's Quality Policies, Plans, and Procedures.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Proven experience as a Supervisor or a similar role
* QBCC Site Supervisor License
* Ability to develop and maintain positive and proactive relationships both with internal teams as well as external – residents, subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
* Strong knowledge of AS Standards, NCC, QBCC Standards and Tolerances.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook (Procore and MYBOS experience is a plus)
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support wherever needed
