We're seeking dedicated team members to provide meaningful support to people with disabilities. In this role, you will:
Responsibilities
* Provide direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities.
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
* Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities.
* Monitor and document client progress and care provided.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care.
Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness and eligibility to obtain prior to commencement.
* Working with Children check or willingness and eligibility to obtain prior to commencement.
* Valid unrestricted driver's licence.
* Availability to work across a full shift pattern (morning, evening, and overnight).
* Experience supporting people with mental health or complex disabilities.
* Experience assisting clients with personal care, manual handling, and dysphagia.
* Holding Medication, Dysphagia, and Manual Handling certificates.
