Client Description

The organization is a major player in the water treatment and infrastructure sectors, focused on delivering high‐impact projects. The company emphasizes sustainability, excellence, and a collaborative team environment to provide critical utility solutions.

Scope

* Location: Based in Sydney, Australia.
* Sector Focus: Complex water and wastewater treatment infrastructure projects.
* Role Purpose: To serve as a critical lead for project planning, progress monitoring, and reporting, ensuring multidisciplinary teams meet stringent timelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

* Schedule Development: Create, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
* Integrated Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to maintain schedule accuracy.
* Baseline & Forecasting: Lead the development of baseline schedules and forecast the impact of scope changes or delays.
* Technical Analysis: Provide critical path analysis, develop mitigation strategies, and design recovery plans.
* Reporting & Analytics: Prepare dashboards, look‐ahead reports, Earned Value Analysis, and schedule risk assessments.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct scheduling workshops and ensure governance and best practices are followed across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

* Minimum 7–10 years of scheduling experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity.
* Strong background in water treatment, wastewater, or related infrastructure sectors.
* Experience in EPCM or client‐side roles for large‐scale projects.
* Essential: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) and Primavera P6.
* Familiarity with MS Project, Power BI, and scheduling databases.
* Solid understanding of project controls, earned value management, and risk analysis.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* Primavera P6/OPC certification is highly desirable.
