Where you'll be working
This role provides advanced administrative and clerical support services to the Finance & Performance and the Shared Clinical & Support Services Directorates in the Executive Unit at the Sutherland Hospital. The position is temporary part time (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).

* Demonstrated experience in providing expert administrative services within a complex work environment
* Demonstrated ability to write complex documentation including agendas, minutes, reports, briefs, correspondence with strong attention to detail
* Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills to liaise professionally with a range of stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to use initiative and judgement to bring a creative approach to problem‐solving
* Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software packages and the ability to instruct others in their use
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement local administrative policies and procedures
