Role
Do you have cleaning and food service experience? Would you like to work in our friendly and well-supported team? As a Patient Services Assistant (PSA) Level 1, you will be required to complete 3 of the 5 PSA functions, and as a Patient Services Assistant (PSA) Level 2, you are required to complete all 5 functions, these functions include;
1. Cleaning and Housekeeping
2. Food and Beverage
3. Ward Support
4. Transporting
5. Nursing Assistance
These roles are key to ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff in accordance with the Victorian Healthcare Cleaning Standards and the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. This includes effective and efficient cleaning of the facility, including public, staff, and inpatient, residential and clinical areas, together with the operation of the waste disposal and recycling systems. It is also essential you hold a current Food Handlers Certificate, as you are required to transport and serve Inpatient/ Residential meals and beverages.
Available shift times are as follows;
6. AM Shift hours are 0700 - 1530
7. PM Shift hours are 1130-2000hrs and/or 1600-2000hrs
