Business Operations Manager
This is a key leadership role that requires a highly experienced and polished professional to oversee the smooth running of prime office facilities.
We are seeking an individual with a strong background in serviced offices or a busy hotel or real estate environment. The ideal candidate will be able to wear multiple hats, juggle many tasks, have exceptional organisational skills mixed with a sales savvy attitude and exemplary client facing and customer service experience.
* Recruit, induct and train new team members
* Manage, support and develop team members
* Marketing and Sales and Account Management
* Organize business development activities including attending internal/external networking events
* Work closely with head office to create and implement marketing plans and strategies
* Build and maintain a referral network and contact list within specific industries and generate leads
* Create all marketing collateral as needed
* Take enquiries and sell offices, virtual offices & meeting and events spaces
* Sell the full suite of Clarence products and services to existing clients
* Manage member complaints and specific requests and renegotiate member contracts when due for renewal
* Ensure all member subscriptions are correct regarding service and facilities provided
* Manage the invoice review process at month end ensuring all member invoices are accurate and that overdue accounts are settled
* Management of all expenses, premises and facilities
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years professional services experience in an organisation similar to a serviced office, hotel, real estate or corporate office management role
* Natural sales and marketing abilities
* Demonstrated team leadership skills
* Highly organised and detailed oriented
* Able to remain calm under pressure
* Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
* Flexible and adaptable to change
