About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Claims Consultant to join a leading insurance team for a 4-week temporary assignment starting ASAP. This is an onsite role in Carlton, perfect for someone with strong claims management experience and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end insurance claims in line with company policies and procedures.
Assess, investigate, and validate claims promptly and accurately.
Provide clear and empathetic communication to clients and stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth claim resolution.
About You
Previous experience in insurance claims (workers compensation, personal injury, or general insurance).
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
