Project Leader
As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee the successful delivery of complex regional infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem-solver with strong software skills and a big-picture vision, ready to take ownership of vital, challenging, and rewarding work.
1. Manage project resources, finances, and schedules to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in construction/infrastructure project delivery preferably in Civil Engineering.
* Experience in contracts administration and management, including complex variations, EOTs, and disputes.
* Experience in managing construction procurement, scheduling, and cost/cash flow management.
* A recognised degree in engineering discipline or other relevant tertiary qualification.
* Australian citizenship – have a current Defence clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven experience in handling strategic decision making and problem solving.
* Proficient skills in project management suite of software (e.g., MS Project), ERP systems (e.g., Pronto) and project management platforms (e.g., InEight, Aconex, Procore).
* Proven conflict resolution skills.
