About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and execute strategies to grow our customer base in solar and heat pumps, exploring new opportunities and markets.
 * Lead and support a high-performing sales team, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive results.
 * Streamline processes and improve efficiency across the business, ensuring seamless collaboration with international teams.
 * Collaborate with tech and IT teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
 * Explore new renewable energy certificate markets across Australia, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
 * Work closely with global partners to align strategies and programs, driving mutual success.
Requirements:
 * You have experience in solar (retail or commercial) and a passion for the industry.
 * You possess excellent sales, account management, or business development skills, with a proven track record of success.
 * You are a quick learner, confident problem-solver, and natural leader who can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
 * You are tech-savvy, with experience in Microsoft Office, G Suite, or similar tools.
