IT Support Engineer – Penrith MSP
Ready to move on from an EOL role? Join our growing MSP in Penrith as an IT Support Engineer and work with a dynamic team supporting SMB clients (10–150 users). You'll handle both onsite and remote support, plus assist with project implementation.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Resolve client IT issues across hardware, software, networks, and systems
- Provide onsite and remote desktop/server support
- Perform maintenance, backups, and updates
- Log support activity and share knowledge with the team
- Train and guide end-users on tech use
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in a similar IT support role (MSP experience ideal)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, networking, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, and firewalls
- Microsoft/Azure certifications (highly valued)
- Great communication and multitasking skills
- Australian citizenship or PR with full work rights
- Valid Australian driver's licence
