The shop manager will report to the Director and will be responsible for the following:
- Determining product mix, stock level, and service standards.
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices.
- Promoting and advertising the establishment's good and services.
- Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use.
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
- Undertaking budgeting for the establishment.
- Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Succesful applicants must have:
- Bachelor degree on Management field of study
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
- Food handling certificate
- Forklift Certificate with 1 year experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skill and attention to detail
- Understand FIFO and fresh produce displaying and rotation
