Our client is a leading property owner servicing all facets of the commercial property industry including commercial, retail, residential and industrial. An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager has become available to join their team on the Gold Coast.
**The Role**
This role will undertake all the duties required when assisting the Commercial Property Management division across a mixed portfolio. Utilising your customer service, relationship management and administration skills on a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Lease administration
- Liaising with contractors and raising work orders for maintenance and minor works
- Monthly and annual reporting
- Direct tenant liaison and management; achieve strong tenant relationships and high levels of tenant satisfaction
- Collating reports and ensuring policies are up to date
- Compliance and insurance
- 2-4 years experience in Real Estate Admin, Property Management or leasing
- Commercial Property Management experience preferred but not essential
- Exceptional written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Have strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative
