The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager / Operations Manager to join our close-knit team in Brendale (Brisbane northside). This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing both field technicians and office-based schedulers, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and with a strong customer focus.
This role would suit someone currently working as a Trade Service Manager, Service Manager, Field Service Manager, Area Manager, Facilities Manager, HVAC Service Manager, Maintenance Manager or an experienced leader looking to step into Operations Management.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:
• Lead and motivate a team of field technicians and schedulers
• Drive operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with safety standards
• Manage KPIs and ensure service standards are consistently met
• Handle customer escalations with a professional, solutions-focused approach
• Balance office coordination with hands-on field supervision
What We’re Looking For
• Experience as a Service Manager, Operations Manager, Field Service Manager or Facilities Manager
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in person and remotely
• Strong safety-first mindset and knowledge of WHS practices
• Customer-focused, with experience in problem solving and complaint resolution
• Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and team performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and service/CRM systems
• Trade background or technical knowledge in HVAC/facilities advantageous
