As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of a Government Project. Involving managing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring the project is completed with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Roles And Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day site operations
* Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and implementing adjustments as necessary.
* Supervise and motivate on-site personnel to achieve project milestones.
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues.
* Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of on-site activities and progress.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years industry experience working across large scale projects, upwards of $50m
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on a similar project is advantageous
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to environmental projects.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
